"He does not do well at the groomer" is the most common thing we hear on the first message. Usually it is not the grooming itself that the dog hates. It is the car, the crate, the strange smells and the two or three hours of waiting around other animals before anyone touches him.

What makes salon grooming stressful for a dog?

A salon day stacks several stressful things on top of each other. The dog is driven somewhere unfamiliar, handed to a stranger, put in a kennel, taken out for the bath, put back in the kennel to wait for the dryer, and taken out again for the haircut. A dog that is already nervous spends most of that day anxious and alone, and none of it is the actual grooming.

How is the van different?

Your dog stays at home, on his own street, with his own people a few steps away. He goes into the van, gets groomed, and comes straight back out. There is no crate at any point, no waiting between steps, and no other animals in the space. One groomer starts the appointment and finishes it.

What happens if my dog panics anyway?

We work calmly and we never force a dog. If he needs a pause, he gets one. If the groom cannot be finished safely, we stop, bring him back to you, and you are not charged for it. That is a real policy and not a figure of speech, because a dog pushed through a bad groom is a dog that will fight the next one even harder.

Do you take reactive or senior dogs?

Yes. Reactive dogs do well precisely because there is nothing to react to in the van. Senior dogs do well because they are not asked to stand around for hours, and because the whole appointment is short. Tell us about your dog when you message us, including what went wrong last time, and we will plan around it.

Can I stay nearby during the appointment?

You can. Some dogs settle better knowing their person is a few feet away, and others do better when the owner steps back inside. We will tell you honestly which one your dog seems to be once we start.

What is mobile dog grooming?

Mobile dog grooming is a convenient service where our professional groomers come to your location in Orlando or any of 20+ surrounding cities in Central Florida, such as Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Clermont, Winter Garden and Apopka  in a fully equipped van. You never have to travel to a grooming salon: we groom your dog one-on-one, right in your driveway.

How do I schedule an appointment with your mobile grooming service?

You can book an appointment by calling, texting, or messaging us on WhatsApp at (407) 325-0203. We groom Monday to Saturday. How soon we can come depends on the week: sometimes we have a same-day opening, sometimes the next spot is a few days out, so there is no fixed waiting time. The earlier you get in touch, the better your chances of getting the exact day and time you want.

What services do you offer in a mobile grooming session?

We offer a range of services including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and more, all in the comfort of our mobile grooming unit.

Do I need to provide anything for the grooming appointment?

We typically provide everything needed for the grooming session, but it is helpful if you have a suitable location for us to park the mobile unit. If it is your dog first visit with us, we will ask you to fill out a short form.

How much does mobile dog grooming cost?

Prices depend on the service and on your dog's size and coat. The Bath, which is brush out, bath, blow dry and ears, starts at $80. The Mini Groom adds a sanitary trim and a face trim, includes the nails, and starts at $100. A full haircut styled for your dog's breed starts at $120 and also includes the nails. Add ons like deshedding, teeth brushing or a flea and tick bath start at $10. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your dog's breed and we will give you an exact price.

Is mobile grooming suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?

Yes! Our vans are equipped to groom dogs of all sizes, from small breeds to big ones like Golden Retrievers and Labradors. That includes extra large breeds. We also take dogs that are nervous or hard to handle: we always try, calmly and without forcing. If the groom cannot be finished safely, we stop, bring your dog back to you, and there is no charge. The only dog we cannot groom is one that is sick. If you are not sure about your dog, just send us a quick message and we will let you know.

How long does a grooming session usually take?

The duration can vary depending on the size and breed of your dog, as well as the specific services requested. On average, it may take 1-2 hours.
