Booking is a conversation, not a checkout. There is no cart to fill on this site, and that is on purpose: a real price depends on your dog, and we would rather tell you the number before you commit than surprise you at the door.

How do I book?

Send us a message on WhatsApp or call us at (407) 325-0203. It is the same number for both. Tell us your dog's breed and weight, roughly what you want done, and your address or ZIP code. We confirm that we cover your area, quote you, and then find a day and time.

Why do you need the breed and the weight?

Because that is what the price is built on. A bath on a small smooth-coated dog and a full haircut on a large double-coated dog are not the same job, and pretending otherwise would just mean quoting you a number we would have to change later. Starting prices are on our services page, and the firm quote comes in the conversation.

How far ahead should I book?

There is no fixed wait. Some days have a same-day opening and some bookings are a few days out. The earlier you reach out, the better your choice of day and time, especially for mornings and Saturdays, which fill first.

What happens on the day?

The van parks at your door, you hand over the dog, and everything happens inside the van. You get your dog back in about an hour to two hours, depending on size and coat. Nothing is needed from your house, because the van carries its own water, hot water and power.

What if I am not sure what my dog needs?

Just describe the dog and what is bothering you, whether it is shedding, matting, smell, nails or a coat that has grown out. Tell us how the last groom went, too. We will tell you which service actually fits instead of selling you the biggest one.

Which areas do you cover?

Orlando and more than 20 nearby cities across Central Florida, Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 6:30pm. We answer in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and messages are read outside those hours too.
